S SnapLogistics
Field service software for hauling & last-mile

Run the yard
from one board.

Quote from a photo. Hold the card. Dispatch the crew. Charge what the job actually turned out to be — then pay the driver the same day.

We built SnapLogistics to run our own trucks. It is now what every business on the platform runs on, from a single owner-operator to a four-market fleet.

Real board. Real numbers. This is the product.

One record, end to end

A job is one object, from the photo to the deposit.

Most shops run a calendar, a spreadsheet, a payment link and a group chat. Here the same record carries the quote, the crew, the truck, the hold, the change order, the charge and the payout.

01 · Win it

Price it from a photograph

The customer points a phone at the pile. We identify what is in it, size it, and price it against your price book — never a generic table.

02 · Hold it

Reserve, don't charge

The card is authorised for the estimate at booking. Nothing leaves their account until the crew has finished and the real number is known.

03 · Run it

Crew, truck, route

Suggested crew by skill and load, smallest truck that fits, stops ordered nearest-neighbour. A truck with expired cover cannot be dispatched.

04 · Change it

Bigger than quoted? Ask.

The crew raises a change order from the truck. Work stops until the customer answers. Nobody gets a surprise on their statement.

05 · Charge it

Take what it actually was

Capture the real figure against the hold. The rest drops off their card. An invoice is raised and settled in the same motion.

06 · Pay it

Driver paid the same day

Transfer to their connected account, then an instant payout to the debit card they registered. Minutes, not Friday.

Duty dispatcher

It covers the board when nobody is on the desk.

A 6am start, a truck that fails inspection on a Saturday, a helper who does not show. Each needs a decision inside minutes, and outside staffed hours there is nobody to make it.

The duty dispatcher assigns crew, swaps a grounded truck, orders the run and tells the crew their board changed. It stands down the moment a person signs in, and escalates anything it cannot decide — with the reason attached.

  • Never cancels or moves a customer's job
  • Never changes a price or sends an invoice
  • Never pays anyone, ever
  • Never sends out an uninsured contractor
  • Never runs a truck with expired cover
