Mostly about money: who holds it, when it moves, and who is accountable when a job turns out different to the photo. If yours is not here, email support and a person will answer it.
No. Without keys the platform runs in test mode, so you can walk the whole flow — quote, job, hold, change order, charge, payout — before connecting anything real. Nothing you do in test mode touches a card.
At booking we authorise the estimate plus a 15% buffer, capped at $75. That reserves the money without taking it. When the crew finishes, we capture the real figure and the rest drops off. A hold stays good for seven days; past that we ask the customer again.
The crew raises a change order from the truck with the new figure and a reason. Work pauses until the customer answers on their phone. If they accept, we increase the authorisation. If they decline, the crew does the work that was quoted.
Each driver completes Stripe Connect onboarding from the Operator app, so you never handle their bank details. When a job closes, we transfer their share and push an instant payout to the debit card they registered — usually inside fifteen minutes. Hourly, per-job and commission rules are all supported.
Yes. The Operator app charges a card on site, or records a cheque. The invoice updates immediately and the customer gets a receipt. Cash is on the list but switched off — we would rather every dollar had a record against a job.
The duty dispatcher covers the board. It assigns crew, swaps a grounded truck and orders the run, and it stands down the second a person signs in. It never moves a customer's job, never changes a price and never pays anyone — anything it cannot decide is escalated with the reason attached.
No. Add as many categories and services as you price for. The booking page, the photo estimator, the quote builder and the reports all pick them up straight away.
Add a service area and match it by ZIP code, city, or a radius from a point. Mark it planned to model the market before you commit a truck. New country? Pick it from the market list and you get its currency, postcode format and regions.
Model the partner as a commercial client with per-stop or per-block services, run the route as a recurring job, and batch-invoice on net-30 terms. That is how we run Amazon Flex, Home Depot and Lowe's work ourselves.
Yes, on every plan. Pick one of ten site templates, give us your logo and colours, and the site is generated with your own domain — including local time and weather for the markets you actually cover. The Operator app is branded the same way.
Set-up takes about ten minutes, and the trial has every feature switched on.
